Our Story
Chrono24 Direct is Chrono24’s official watch workshop and inspection center — part of the world’s leading marketplace for luxury watches. Since 2020, we have been based in Wilsdruff near Dresden — deliberately close to Glashütte, one of the centers of German watchmaking.
Our workshop brings together more than 25 specialists: watchmakers, master watchmakers, polishers, and goldsmiths. The workshop is led by Christopher Richter, who brings almost two decades of experience in watchmaking.
In August 2024, the German Central Association for Watches, Jewellery and Timekeeping Technology officially recognized us as a “Certified Master Workshop for Watchmaking” — an independent quality seal confirming expertise and precision.

Patrick Schocher is responsible for Chrono24 Direct GmbH — with the aim of combining traditional watchmaking craftsmanship and modern service so that sellers and buyers know their watch is in expert hands.
