You submit your watch to us without obligation and provide the key details. After review and acceptance, we take care of everything else — from authentication and workshop preparation to the sale through Chrono24.
Your watch is protected throughout the process: insured shipping, secure storage, documented inspection, and complete handling through Chrono24 — including the platform’s buyer and seller protection.
Our commission depends on the model and condition of your watch and is agreed transparently before the sale. It is only charged if your watch is actually sold — no hidden costs, no upfront fees. You decide only after receiving our offer.
We set the sale price based on current market data. Our goal is to sell your watch within a reasonable timeframe and at the best possible market value. You receive our price proposal before the sale starts and decide on that basis whether you would like to proceed with us.
We review every inquiry individually. Our focus is on luxury watches with traceable condition, clear provenance, and realistic market potential.
Your watch is inspected, documented, and — where appropriate — prepared in our workshop. We then photograph and describe your watch in our studio before it is listed for sale on Chrono24.
No. We handle photography, listing creation, and the presentation of your watch on Chrono24. We negotiate with buyers and manage the entire sale.
It usually takes around four weeks from the time we receive your watch until it is listed on Chrono24. Around half of all watches find a buyer within the first 90 days of being listed. The exact time it takes to sell depends on various factors, such as the model, condition and market demand.
As a rule, we keep your watch listed for a full year. If it does not sell within that period, we can return it to you upon request. Any workshop costs incurred will be settled before return.
